TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

All goods and services are provided by JOURNEYGRAPH LTD and the website, (where the “website” is www.journeygraph.xyz) to the customer on the basis of the following General Terms & Conditions in the version applicable at the time of ordering. Any regulations deviating from this will only be valid if agreed previously in writing between JOURNEYGRAPH LTD and the customer.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Contract of Purchase

The offers of www.journeygraph.xyz represent a non-binding invitation for customers to order goods from the website. By ordering the required goods via the website or in writing, the customer is making a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

Payment

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Returns and Refunds

As the goods are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds once the order has been finalised. The customer will have an opportunity to clarify any queries prior to the order being finalised.

We accept returns if the goods have been damaged in transit. Return requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, please pack your goods and attach the return label that we will send you. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

Shipping and Delivery

All purchases from JOURNEYGRAPH LTD are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from JOURNEYGRAPH LTD pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. JOURNEYGRAPH LTD strives to ship orders are soon as possible, however we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates.  The delivery period is non-binding, although we do try to give as accurate an indication of delivery times as possible. Each consignment is subject to JOURNEYGRAPH LTD being supplied promptly and correctly with a full shipping address. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. JOURNEYGRAPH LTD is not responsible for delays or loss stemming from shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. Customers are responsible for contacting us to initiate any claim for damaged and/or lost shipments.  For international orders (especially outside the EU), customers are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt

Weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience and estimation purposes only. JOURNEYGRAPH LTD cannot guarantee that a computer or mobile device will accurately display such colours.
